秦金石 Hata Kinseki (b1855)
Nanga artist. Born in Kyoto in 1855. From childhood, he enjoyed calligraphy, painting, seal-engraving, and haikai. Studied Southern Song painting under Nakanishi Koseki. He was active in the National Industrial Exhibition and the Bunten Exhibition.
