Artist detail : 1903~1975,famous woodblock printmaker in Showa

The relationship between Shiko Munakata and Yaskawa Electric Corporation began in 1951 (Showa 26). When the then head of the advertising section became very interested in Shiko Munakata's Woodblock print and visited his studio in Ogikubo, Tokyo.
Later, in 1958, the first calendar featuring Shiko Munakata's works was produced as a supplement to the "Yaskawa News.

These replicas are printed, however, the printed works are made of handmade Japanese paper and are designed to be removed from the mount and displayed, so they can be backed or framed.
