狩野探玄守明 Kano Tangen Moriaki (1776-1834)
He was the seventh generation of the Shiba Atagoshita family. Active during the Bunka-Bunsei period as an official painter for the Tokugawa shogunate. He specialised not only in portraits but also in flower-and-bird paintings.

with signature 'Tangen Moriaki Hitsu' 探玄守明 筆 and seal 'Kano no In' 狩野之印
